New Life Nyambene is committed to creating a better future for some of the most disadvantaged and stigmatised children in Africa. Our mission is to rescue and rehabilitate abandoned street children in Kenya and to give them the educational opportunities that are their best chance of escaping destitution.

The children enjoyed a marvellous day out to celebrate the holiday season. For many, this was their first experience of a day spent simply having fun.

Jayden is our youngest at just 3 years old. He lives with his Grandmother, provided for by us. From neglect and near-starvation at the beginning of the year, he is now growing normally, and mixing joyfully with his new brothers and sisters.

Thanks to your ongoing generosity, and with particular thanks to one extraordinary donor, we are in the final stages of negotiations for this prime plot: 5 acres of beautiful fertile land where we intend to farm and build our permanent home. The improvements from our current circumstances are too numerous to list. 2026 will be a good year!
Meanwhile, the reality of catching up those lost years goes on…
…with careful and caring tuition from the community.
It is of central importance that we enable our children to achieve confidently alongside their peers at school.
We are doing everything we can to normalise these precious lives, and enable them eventually to enter the community as independent adults.
